With a robust background in hospitality management, Happy brings extensive experience in food and beverage operations, cafeteria management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences to his new role.
Happy Kumar Prajapat joined Inder Residency from The Fern Hotels & Resorts, where he successfully served as the Food and Beverage Manager in Jaipur, overseeing food and beverage operations and ensuring high standards of service. His tenure at The Fern Hotels followed his role as Food and Beverage Manager at Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts, Jaipur, where he gained a reputation for his hospitality management skills and ability to enhance operational efficiency.
Before that, Happy held several managerial positions, including Restaurant Manager at OYO and Days Inn by Wyndham in Jaipur. His career journey also includes leadership roles at Wyndham Worldwide, where he served as Restaurant Manager and Food and Beverage Executive, and as Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage at Levana Hospitality, Lucknow.
Earlier in his career, Happy honed his skills at ITC Hotels, Jaipur, as a Food & Beverage Senior Captain, and at Wyndham Worldwide as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where he gained valuable experience in team leadership and guest service.
Happy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Tourism, where he graduated with an A grade. His strong academic background, combined with his hands-on experience, positions him well to lead the food and beverage operations at Inder Residency.
