Harkaran Singh Takes Charge as General Manager at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi

The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi is delighted to announce the appointment of Harkaran Singh as its new General Manager. With a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry, Harkaran brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in leadership and operational excellence.  

Prior to this role, Harkaran served as General Manager at Aurika Hotels & Resorts, Mumbai, overseeing operations since the property's pre-opening phase. His journey with Hyatt Hotels included key leadership positions such as General Manager at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa (Pre-Opening), General Manager at Hyatt Raipur, and Director of Rooms at Hyatt Regency Kolkata, showcasing his ability to manage diverse challenges with strategic expertise.  

Harkaran’s career also includes a role as a Revenue Optimization Analyst at iDeaS, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance profitability. Additionally, he contributed as Manager - Corporate Relations at Ishanya - DFPCL and gained invaluable experience in Front Office operations across various levels with Marriott International.  

A lifelong learner, Harkaran holds credentials in Hotel and Business Management from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute and completed his studies in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management at DINA Institute of Hotel & Business Management.  

As the General Manager at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi, Harkaran is set to lead the team with a vision for operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and continued success in the luxury hospitality segment.
