In her previous position as Assistant Facilities Manager, Harrsha showcased exceptional leadership skills and a keen understanding of facility operations. Her responsibilities encompassed negotiating contracts, managing third-party vendors, budgeting and forecasting, stakeholder management, and providing seamless event support. Harrsha's adept problem-solving abilities and effective teamwork were instrumental in driving operational efficiency and maintaining high service standards.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Harrsha served as Deputy Manager Sales & Marketing at Jasper Integrated Maintenance Services, where she played a pivotal role in business development and client engagement initiatives.
