Harsh Kaushik has been appointed as the Front Office Head at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, New Delhi. With a rich background in front office operations and hospitality management, Harsh brings a wealth of experience to his new role, where he will oversee the front office department, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, Harsh served as the Front Office & Sales Head at Hotel Shamrock Greens in Raipur. In this role, he effectively managed both front office and sales functions, enhancing the hotel's operational performance and driving revenue growth.

Harsh's career also includes a significant tenure as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Radisson Hotel Group in Gurugram, where he played a key role in managing front office operations and improving guest satisfaction. His experience extends to Marriott International in Lucknow, where he worked as a Duty Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of guest service.

Earlier in his career, Harsh worked with Accor, serving as a Team Lead Front Office in Hyderabad and later as a Front Office Executive in Lucknow. His roles at Accor allowed him to develop leadership skills and a deep understanding of front office management.

Harsh has also held positions as Front Office Supervisor at Wyndham Worldwide in Gurugram and Senior Front Office Associate at Sayaji Hotels Ltd in Kolhapur, where he demonstrated his expertise in managing front desk operations and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Harsh Kaushik holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from IHM Kurukshetra, which has provided him with a solid foundation in hospitality management and front office operations. He also completed his early education at Amar Singh Inter College in Bulandshahr.
