Hasan Askari Takes Charge as Director of Restaurants at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts

Hasan Askari is delighted to announce his new role as Director of Restaurants at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in Delhi. With a robust background in the hospitality industry, Hasan brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and a dedication to excellence in guest service to his new position.

Prior to this role, Hasan served as the Outlet Manager at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, and managing a team of dedicated professionals. His effective management and commitment to guest satisfaction played a significant role in enhancing the dining experience at the hotel.

Before his tenure as Outlet Manager, Hasan was the Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in Delhi. Here, he honed his skills in managing restaurant operations, training staff, and implementing service protocols that align with the brand’s luxury standards.

Hasan’s journey in the hospitality industry began with Andaz Delhi, where he progressed from an F&B Host to Team Supervisor. In these roles, he gained valuable experience in front-line guest service and team leadership, which laid a strong foundation for his future managerial positions.

He then moved on to serve as a Team Leader at ANdAZ New Delhi, where he was instrumental in coordinating daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. His proactive approach and attention to detail were key factors in maintaining high service standards.

Hasan also held the position of Guest Service Associate at JW Marriott in New Delhi and Radisson Blu in Ghaziabad. In these roles, he developed a deep understanding of guest needs and preferences, further refining his skills in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Hasan’s educational background includes a degree in Hotel Management, specializing in hotel/motel management and administration, from CHM Ghaziabad. This academic foundation, combined with his extensive hands-on experience, has equipped him with the knowledge and expertise necessary to excel in the hospitality industry.
