Hemendra Dubey, a seasoned culinary professional known for his exceptional skills and leadership, is thrilled to announce his new position as Executive Sous Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer. With an impressive background and a passion for culinary innovation, Dubey is set to make a significant impact on the culinary landscape of Jaipur.


In his most recent role as Chef de Cuisine (Banquet Chef) at Marriott Surat Gujarat, Dubey played a pivotal role in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. His responsibilities included managing a team of skilled chefs, overseeing banquet operations, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.


Prior to his tenure at Marriott Surat Gujarat, Dubey served as Chef de Cuisine (Unit Head Chef) at Foodlink F&B Holdings India Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible for overseeing food production quality and quantity across a vast indoor banquet space. His role involved menu planning, buffet enhancement, vendor management, and executing exclusive outdoor and indoor events with lavish food presentations.


Dubey's culinary journey also includes notable positions such as Banquet Chef at JW Marriott Jaipur Resort and Spa, Sous Chef Banquets and Indian Cuisine at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, and Chef De Partie at Hilton Worldwide, Jaipur. In each role, Dubey has consistently excelled in enhancing food quality, optimizing cost control measures, and delivering memorable dining experiences to guests.


Educationally, Dubey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Stress Management, and Coping Skills from SADTM (Seedling Academy of Design Tech. and Mgmt.). He has also completed a diploma in computers and participated in numerous personality development programs, further enhancing his skills and expertise.
