Hilton Jaipur Welcomes Mohkam Singh as New Executive Chef

Hilton Jaipur is delighted to announce the appointment of Mohkam Singh as the new Executive Chef. With a wealth of experience and a distinguished career in the culinary arts, Mohkam is set to elevate the dining experience at Hilton Jaipur, bringing innovative flavors and exceptional quality to the hotel's renowned culinary offerings.


Previously, Mohkam served as the Senior Executive Chef at Hotel Sarina Dhaka and Radisson Jaipur City Center. In these roles, he was instrumental in crafting diverse and sophisticated menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.


Before his tenure at Radisson Jaipur City Center, Mohkam held the position of Assistant Executive Chef at Hotel Clarks Amer in Jaipur, where he showcased his culinary expertise and leadership skills by overseeing kitchen staff, developing new dishes, and maintaining a seamless kitchen operation.


His illustrious career also includes a significant stint as the Executive Chef at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in Khajuraho. Here, Mohkam demonstrated his ability to manage large-scale kitchen operations, curate exquisite dining experiences, and uphold the group’s reputation for culinary excellence.


As a Senior Sous Chef, Mohkam contributed to the culinary success of Hotel Four Points by Sheraton in New Delhi and DLF Golf Resorts Ltd. in Gurugram. His roles involved menu planning, staff training, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.


Mohkam's international experience as a Sous Chef De Cuisine at One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai added a global dimension to his culinary repertoire. His innovative approach to cooking and his ability to blend diverse culinary traditions made him a standout chef in a competitive environment.


Starting his career as a Junior Sous Chef at Aman Hotel in New Delhi and as a Chef De Partie at The Oberoi Amarvilas in Agra, Mohkam built a solid foundation in the culinary arts, honing his skills and learning the intricacies of fine dining and hospitality.


Mohkam Singh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, English, and Political Science from the University of Rajasthan. He also earned a Diploma in Food Preparation/Professional Cooking/Kitchen Assistant from the Food Craft Institute in Udaipur, and completed his senior secondary schooling with the Rajasthan Board Ajmer.


With his extensive experience and passion for culinary excellence, Mohkam Singh is well-equipped to lead the culinary team at Hilton Jaipur, promising to deliver exceptional dining experiences and innovative dishes that will delight guests and set new standards in hospitality.
