Himanshu Vatsa has recently been appointed as the Cluster Training Manager at Concept Hospitality, based in Pune. In his new role, Himanshu is responsible for overseeing training and development initiatives across multiple properties within the organization.

Prior to joining Concept Hospitality, Himanshu served as the Assistant Training & Development Manager at Sayaji Hotels Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing training programs to enhance workforce capabilities across Maharashtra.

Before his tenure at Sayaji Hotels Ltd., Himanshu gained valuable experience as an Assistant Professor at Magarpatta College of Hospitality, imparting knowledge in hospitality management to students.

Himanshu began his career as an Industrial Trainee at Taj Jai Mahal Palace in Jaipur and further developed his skills during a trainee position at The Leela Kempinski, Mumbai.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT) from BIT Mesra, specializing in Hotel Management and Soft Skills.
