Hitesh Patel has recently been appointed as the Corporate Manager at WH Parv Vilas Resort & Spa in Himachal Pradesh. With an extensive background in hospitality management and a proven track record in leading prestigious establishments, Hitesh is poised to bring his wealth of experience and strategic vision to this new role.
Before joining WH Parv Vilas Resort & Spa, Hitesh served as the General Manager at several esteemed properties including The Clarks Hotels & Resorts in Vrindavan, The Banyan Retreat, The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre, Best Western Holiday Regency in Moradabad, and Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. In these roles, he was instrumental in enhancing guest experiences and optimizing operational efficiencies.
Hitesh also held the position of Group General Manager at Moksha Spa and Wellness in Parwanoo, where he managed multiple properties and drove significant improvements in service quality and guest satisfaction.
His expertise extends to pre and post-opening phases of hotel management, having successfully overseen the launch of Regency Lagoon Resort in Rajkot, Comfort Suites Airport in Houston, Texas, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta Galleria Ballpark. His ability to manage complex projects and ensure smooth transitions from construction to operation has been a hallmark of his career.
In addition, Hitesh has experience as a Project Manager and General Manager for Hotel Lakeview in Saputara and Best Western Premier in Pennsylvania, USA. He has also served as Project Supervisor and General Manager for Holiday Inn Express in the United States, demonstrating his capability in handling various aspects of hotel operations and project management.
Earlier in his career, Hitesh was the Restaurant General Manager at Olive Garden in Pennsylvania, USA, where he honed his skills in restaurant operations and customer service.
Hitesh holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University, an Advanced Certificate in Hotel Operations from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a major in Marketing and Operations Management from The Wharton School. He also earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
