Gobind Yadav has recently assumed role as the General Manager of Business Development at Hotel Candlewood in Udaipur. In his new role, Gobind will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic initiatives to enhance the hotel's market presence and revenue.


Prior to joining Hotel Candlewood, Gobind served as the General Manager at The Clarks Hotels & Resorts in Udaipur, where he successfully managed the overall operations and implemented key strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. His leadership in this role solidified his reputation for excellence in hotel management.


Gobind's extensive experience in the hospitality industry also includes his role as Food & Beverage Manager at juSTa Hotels & Resorts in Udaipur, Concept Hospitality, and Ramada Resort by Wyndham in Kumbhalgarh. In these positions, he was responsible for overseeing the F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service, and managing large teams.


Before his management roles, Gobind gained valuable experience as the Senior Operations Manager at Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited in Udaipur and as the Restaurant Assistant Manager at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in Udaipur. His versatility and comprehensive understanding of hospitality operations were further honed during his tenure as Acting Food & Beverage Manager at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts in Nainital.


Gobind's early career in the hospitality industry includes various roles such as Team Captain at The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts in Kovalam, Bar Supervisor at lebua Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur, and Senior Bartender at Devigarh Resorts in Udaipur and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in New Delhi. He started his journey as a Bartender at RAAS Devigarh in Udaipur, where he developed his foundational skills in guest service and bar management.


Gobind Yadav holds a degree in Hotel Management, specializing in F&B Service and Front Office, from the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Pusa New Delhi. Additionally, he earned a BA in Economics from Government Rajindra College. His educational background, combined with his extensive professional experience, has equipped him with a unique blend of skills and knowledge essential for excelling in the competitive hospitality industry.
