W Goa is delighted to announce the appointment of Indra Singh Rawat as its new Executive Sous Chef. With a distinguished career in the hospitality industry and a passion for culinary innovation, Indra is set to elevate the resort’s gastronomic experiences to new heights.
Before joining W Goa, Indra held the position of Chef De Cuisine at Conrad Bengaluru, where he played a pivotal role in curating unique dining concepts and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. His journey includes notable roles as Senior Sous Chef at W Goa, The Park Hotels, Chennai, and Lemon Tree Hotels, Bengaluru, where he demonstrated exemplary leadership and creativity in kitchen operations.
Indra began his culinary career as a Chef De Partie at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc, Agra, later advancing to Senior Chef De Partie at The Accord Metropolitan, Chennai, and then Sous Chef at The Savera Group, Chennai. These roles allowed him to master the art of delivering innovative, high-quality cuisine while managing diverse culinary teams.
Indra’s educational credentials include training from the Indian Council for Professional Education Mission and further studies at the International School of Counselling and Holistic Studies (ISCHS). These qualifications have equipped him with a deep understanding of both culinary arts and holistic management techniques.
