Italian Cottage Cheese Maggi Noodles - By Chef Mahesh Singh
Enjoy a delicious fusion of Italian flavors with Chef Mahesh Singh's twist on Cottage Cheese Maggi Noodles.
Ingredients:
Minute Noodles - 2 pkts
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Green Capsicum (Chopped) - 0.5 Cup
Red Capsicum (Chopped) - 0.25 Cup
Yellow Capsicum (Chopped) - 0.25 Cup
Garlic (Grated) - 1 tsp
Cottage Cheese
Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients as mentioned in the list.
2. Heat the oil and fry the garlic for about a
minute.
3. Toss in the basil leaves and fry them for another
minute.
4. Add all the capsicums, sauté for a couple of
minutes, and then switch off the gas.
5. Drop in the cottage cheese and mix well.
6. Cook a packet of Maggi Masala Noodles following the instructions on the pack.
7. When it's done, lovingly pour the cheese and capsicum over the Maggi.
