Veggie Skewers made with zucchini, potato, and bell peppers are grilled to perfection and drizzled with tangy balsamic vinegar and brushed with a fresh garlic herb sauce. Ingredients:

1. Baby Potato - 25 gm

2. Zucchini - 20 gm

3. Baby Corn - 10 gm

4. Broccoli - 10 gm

5. Red Pepper - 5 gm

6. Yellow Pepper - 5 gm

Marination:

1. Salt - 2 gm

2. Pepper - 2 gm

3. Oil - 5 ml

4. Garlic - 3 gm

5. Chili Flakes - 2 gm

6. Honey - 5 ml

7. Lemon Juice - 1

8. Thyme - 2 gm

9. Rosemary - 2 gm

 

Method:

1. Cut the vegetables into the required sizes.

2. Blanch the baby potato and baby corn, then cut them into halves.

3. Dice the red pepper, yellow pepper, and green pepper.

4. Cut the zucchini into dices.

5. Cut the broccoli into florets.

6. Prepare the marination as mentioned above and add the vegetables to marinate for at least 12 hours.

7. Pierce the vegetables onto skewers and align them.

8. Grill the skewers until cooked.
