Jeetendra Nimbalkar Takes Charge as Human Resources Manager at Radisson Blu Indore

Jeetendra Nimbalkar has recently taken on the role of Human Resources Manager at Radisson Blu Indore, where he brings a wealth of experience and expertise in human resource management.

Prior to joining Radisson Blu Indore, Jeetendra served as the Cluster HR Manager at Sayaji Hotels Ltd in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. During his tenure, he demonstrated exceptional skills in manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, payroll management, and employee engagement across multiple hotel properties.

Before his role at Sayaji Hotels Ltd, Jeetendra held the position of Group HR/Admin Manager at Dewas Metal Sections Ltd in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. Here, he was instrumental in driving the implementation of HR policies and procedures, maintaining harmonious employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Jeetendra's extensive career in human resources also includes significant roles at Effotel Hotel by Sayaji in Indore, where he served as the Human Resources Manager, and at Sayaji Hotels Limited as the Corporate Assistant Manager-HR. His responsibilities encompassed policy formation, employee lifecycle management, HRMS administration, performance appraisal, and compliance management.

Jeetendra holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development (HRD) and a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in HR from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, further underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of human resources.
