Fortune Park Hotels Ltd., Ekta Nagar, has appointed Jitendra Singh as the new Culinary Head (Executive Chef), bringing his vast expertise and innovative approach to the hotel's culinary offerings. With a strong background in luxury and heritage hospitality, Jitendra is poised to lead the culinary team, ensuring memorable dining experiences for guests.


Before joining Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. at Ekta Nagar, Jitendra held the position of Culinary Head (Executive Chef) at ITC Hotels in Dharamshala and Bellevue Sarovar Portico, Junagarh, where he contributed to creating signature dining experiences. His previous stints also include serving as Executive Chef at several prestigious properties such as Fortune Park Hotels in Rajkot, Deogarh Mahal, Fortune Inn Grazia in Ghaziabad, and Clarks Inn Hotel in Agra.


Jitendra's journey began as a Job Trainee at Hotel Laxmi Vilas Palace, Bikaner, followed by an Industrial Training program at Vivanta by Taj in Sawai Madhopur. He honed his skills progressively through roles at Samode Hotels Private Limited, Jaipur, and Deogarh Mahal, where he served as Commi 3rd up to Chef de Partie, eventually earning the title of Junior Sous Chef. His work at Gajner Palace Hotel, Bikaner, and Deogarh Mahal as Sous Chef solidified his expertise in heritage and luxury dining environments.


A graduate of New Delhi Pusa with a degree in Hotel Management, Jitendra brings a deep understanding of the culinary arts and leadership to his role. His appointment at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd., Ekta Nagar, marks a significant milestone, and his commitment to culinary excellence promises to elevate the dining experiences offered at the hotel.
