Kalpana Chauhan is excited to embark on her new role as Operations Manager at Crown Hotel Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. With nearly two years of experience at the hotel, Kalpana's dedication and hard work have been recognized, paving the way for her to take on this leadership position.


Kalpana's journey in the hospitality industry began at Hotel Rajdarshan in Udaipur, Rajasthan, where she served as a Front Office Associate. Over the years, she honed her skills and gained valuable experience, progressing through various roles such as Front Office Executive at Hotel Paras Mahal Pvt. Ltd. and Duty Manager at Ramada by Wyndham in Ahmedabad.


Her commitment to excellence led her to take on roles with increasing responsibility, including Assistant Sales Manager at Marriott International and Office Administrator at Sescon Builders Pvt Ltd. Kalpana's versatility and proficiency were further demonstrated during her tenure as a Front Office Manager at Ramada by Wyndham and Room Division Manager at Crown Hotel Port Moresby.


Kalpana's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Sabarmati University. Beyond academics, she actively participated in extracurricular activities such as cooking, cycling, and adventures, reflecting her well-rounded personality.


In her new role as Operations Manager, Kalpana aims to leverage her skills in hospitality management, operations, and food and beverage to drive excellence at Crown Hotel Port Moresby.
