Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Kapil Shah as the Chief Accountant at its esteemed property in Tanzania. With a robust background in financial management and accounting, Kapil brings over a decade of diverse experience in the hospitality and automotive industries.


Kapil's journey in finance began with his role as a Cashier at Jain Dairy in Ahmedabad, followed by his position as an Accounts Assistant at Volkswagen - Automark (AMPL) and The Grand Bhagwati. His career trajectory saw a significant rise when he took on roles such as Assistant Manager Finance, Finance Executive - AR/Income Audit, and General Cashier. His deep understanding of hospitality finance led him to leadership positions, including Finance Manager at JW Marriott Chandigarh and Assistant Financial Controller at the Marriott Resort and Spa, Goa.


Kapil later moved on to become the Financial Controller at Four Points Sheraton Washi and Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai, where he excelled in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control strategies, further cementing his expertise in the field.


Kapil holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from ICFAI University, Tripura, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Gujarat University. His strong academic foundation, combined with his professional experience, has equipped him with the knowledge and skills required to lead complex financial operations.


In his new role as Chief Accountant at Four Seasons Tanzania, Kapil will oversee all financial activities, ensuring the hotel's financial health and regulatory compliance. His leadership and experience are expected to bring enhanced efficiency and financial growth to the property.
