Krishna Kumar Todawat has been appointed as the Director of Food & Beverage at Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa in Udaipur. With an extensive background in hospitality management and culinary arts, Krishna brings a wealth of experience to his new role, where he will oversee all F&B operations and ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests.


Previously, Krishna served as the Operations Manager at NILE Hotel Management Company, where he was responsible for streamlining operations and enhancing guest satisfaction. Before this, he held the dual role of Director of F&B and Resort Manager at Pramod Hotels and Resorts in Cuttack, demonstrating his versatility and leadership in both food service and overall resort management.


Krishna's career also includes a significant tenure as Corporate Chef at Zennia Hotels in Udaipur. In this role, he was instrumental in developing innovative menus and maintaining high culinary standards across the hotel's restaurants.


At The Fern Residency in Rajkot, Krishna served as the EAM (Executive Assistant Manager), further honing his skills in executive management and operational efficiency. His role as Executive Chef and F&B Head at We-Me.org showcased his ability to lead large teams and manage comprehensive F&B operations.


Earlier in his career, Krishna held the position of Executive Sous Chef at the prestigious Samode Group of Hotels in Jaipur. His progression through the ranks included roles as Senior Chef De Partie and Chef De Partie at HRH Group of Hotels in Ranakpur, as well as Executive Chef at Days Hotel in Jodhpur, where he consistently demonstrated his culinary expertise and leadership.


Krishna Kumar Todawat's academic background includes a degree from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration, providing him with a solid foundation in business management and administration.
