Krittika Khapne Appointed as Director of Human Resources at Radisson Blu Resort Goa Cavelossim Beach

Krittika Khapne is excited to announce her new role as Director of Human Resources at Radisson Blu Resort Goa Cavelossim Beach. With over a decade of experience in human resources management, Krittika brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new position.

Prior to joining Radisson Blu Resort, Krittika served as Human Resources Manager at Accor, where she successfully led various talent and culture initiatives for over three years. Her dedication and leadership skills were further showcased during her tenure as Assistant HR Manager at Accor, where she played a key role in managing HR operations.

Krittika's journey in the hospitality industry began at Alila Diwa Goa, where she served as a Human Resources Executive, gaining valuable insights into the unique dynamics of HR in the hospitality sector. She later held positions at Royal Orchid Beach Resort & Spa and Drive India Enterprises Solution Ltd., where she honed her skills in HR management and finance.

With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IIMS, Krittika is well-equipped to handle the complexities of human resources management in the hospitality industry. Her diverse experience, coupled with her passion for nurturing talent and fostering a positive work culture, makes her a valuable addition to the team at Radisson Blu Resort Goa Cavelossim Beach.

In her new role, Krittika will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. She is eager to leverage her expertise to contribute to the success and growth of the resort.
