Kudrat Sethi Promoted as Front Office Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation

Before this promotion, Kudrat served as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Chandigarh. His contribution in this role was instrumental in enhancing guest satisfaction and streamlining front office operations. 

Kudrat's journey in hospitality began with significant roles at various prestigious organizations. He previously worked as an Assistant Front Office Manager with Radisson Hotel Group in Madhya Pradesh, where he played a crucial role in managing guest services and operations. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Front Office Manager at Accor in Kochi and held the position of Duty Manager in Assam, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in different environments.

His career also includes experience as a Front Office Executive at Hilton and as a Front Office Supervisor and Assistant at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Udaipur. These roles allowed him to hone his skills in guest relations, team management, and operational efficiency.

Kudrat’s foundation in hospitality was laid during his internship, where he gained valuable insights into room division operations at notable establishments, including Accor in Chennai, JW Marriott in Chandigarh, and The Park Hotels in Chennai. These experiences provided him with a well-rounded understanding of front office functions.

Kudrat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accommodation Operation Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Chennai. He completed his Intermediate in Science from Harmilap Mission School.
