Radisson Khopoli has proudly announced the appointment of Kuldip Singh as its Executive Chef for the pre-opening phase. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the culinary industry, Kuldip brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to this new role.
Kuldip's journey in the hospitality sector is marked by leadership roles across prominent properties. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Executive Chef at several notable establishments, including Park Regis North Goa, Fahrenheit Hotels and Resorts, Bogmallo Beach Resort Goa, and Hotel Goan Heritage. His culinary direction at these properties garnered acclaim for their exceptional dining experiences.
In his role as Assistant General Manager and Head Culinary (North Goa) at Nexstay Hotels & Resorts, Kuldip demonstrated his versatility by overseeing operations and curating unique culinary experiences. Earlier, as Corporate Chef at PLHR Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram, he played a key role in developing innovative menus and maintaining high standards across multiple locations.
Kuldip's career also includes leadership as Executive Chef at Country Inn and Suites (Panaji and Panjim) and Banquet Sous Chef at Vivanta Fort Aguada by Taj. His early experiences as Kitchen Executive at The Park Navi Mumbai and Chef de Partie at Taj Lands End Mumbai laid the foundation for his rise in the industry.
Academically, Kuldip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from HNBGU Srinagar University, which complements his analytical approach to culinary arts.
