His tenure at Nexstay Hotels & Resorts saw him overseeing culinary operations and spearheading initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and culinary innovation.


Prior to his time at Nexstay Hotels & Resorts, Chef Singh served as Corporate Chef at PLHR Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in shaping the culinary direction of the organization. His responsibilities included overseeing kitchen operations, implementing food safety standards, and driving culinary excellence across multiple properties.


Chef Singh's extensive experience also includes roles as Executive Chef at Country Inn and Suites in Goa, where he oversaw kitchen operations and contributed to the hotel's culinary reputation.
