Kushwah began his journey with Radisson Hotel Group as a Kitchen Stewarding Executive, progressing to Senior Supervisor, and now assumes a managerial role. His ability to manage high-performing teams and ensure top-notch hygiene and efficiency standards has been integral to his success.
Before joining Radisson, Kushwah served as a Guest Service Officer - Kitchen at Taj Hotels, Bhopal, honing his skills in maintaining kitchen operations and guest satisfaction. His foundational experience includes roles as a Senior Kitchen Stewarding Associate in Surat and a Kitchen Stewarding Associate in Ahmedabad with The Grand Bhagwati, where he developed a deep understanding of the operational intricacies of stewarding.
Kushwah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, combining academic knowledge with practical expertise to excel in the hospitality industry.
