Molecule - Air Bar, Brewery and Kitchen, Kanpur, has appointed Lalit Pandey as its Unit Head. With an extensive background in food and beverage operations and restaurant management, Lalit brings a wealth of expertise to his new role, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and operational excellence.
Before joining Molecule, Lalit served as Restaurant General Manager at Ivoryy, Bhopal, where he successfully managed restaurant operations and elevated customer satisfaction. He also held the position of Restaurant Manager at Farzi Café, Gwalior, and Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts, Chandigarh, showcasing his versatility in managing diverse dining establishments.
Lalit's journey in the hospitality industry includes notable roles at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd., where he progressed from Business Manager (RGM) in Rajasthan to Restaurant General Manager in Kanpur, demonstrating his leadership and strategic abilities. Earlier in his career, he served as Operation Manager (Restaurant) at The Landmark Hotel, Kanpur, and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Hotel Fidalgo, Pune.
He began his career as an F&B Executive at Radisson Blu Hotel Kharadi Pune, rising through the ranks from Captain and Associate roles. Lalit also gained valuable experience as a Food and Beverage Associate during his internship at Taj Hotels, Delhi, and training at Radisson Blu, New Delhi.
In his role as Unit Head, Lalit Pandey will oversee all aspects of Molecule - Air Bar, Brewery and Kitchen’s operations in Kanpur, ensuring high service standards, innovative offerings, and customer satisfaction.
