Lalit Parmar Joins Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels as Human Resources Manager

Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, one of India’s premier hospitality brands, proudly welcomes Lalit Parmar as the new Human Resources Manager. With an extensive career spanning over eight years in the hospitality sector, Lalit brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role at Welcomhotel in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.  

Lalit’s journey in human resources management is marked by notable achievements across various esteemed hospitality brands. Before joining Welcomhotel, he served as People and Culture Manager at Radisson, where he successfully led HR operations across Goa and Rajasthan over a tenure of more than five years. His comprehensive experience includes pre-opening strategies, employee engagement, and fostering organizational culture.  

His career highlights also feature pivotal roles such as Assistant Cluster Manager for Supertech Hotels Pvt. Limited, where he oversaw HR functions across multiple properties, including Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and Hyphen Premier. Additionally, Lalit contributed to heritage hospitality excellence at Ajit Bhawan Hotel and Khaas Bagh Heritage Hotel in Jodhpur, India’s first heritage hotel, known for its regal service and rich legacy.  

Lalit is known for his dedication to nurturing talent, promoting diversity, and aligning human resource strategies with business goals. His strategic vision and hands-on leadership approach have been instrumental in enhancing employee experiences and driving team performance in the hospitality sector.
