In his previous position as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Crowne Plaza Today, Gurugram, Laxmiprasad demonstrated exceptional leadership and teamwork skills. Over a span of one year and three months, he contributed to the seamless operation of the restaurant, overseeing a team and ensuring high standards of service delivery.


Before his tenure at Crowne Plaza Today, Gurugram, Laxmiprasad served as a Food and Beverage Executive at Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur for four years and two months. During his time there, he honed his skills in guest satisfaction, people management, and budget analysis, playing a pivotal role in the success of the F&B department.


Laxmiprasad's diverse experience also includes a stint as part of the task force at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, where he served as Assistant Banquet Manager for three months. His brief yet impactful tenure showcased his ability to adapt to different environments and deliver results under pressure.


Prior to that, Laxmiprasad held positions of increasing responsibility at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and Hyatt Regency Mumbai, where he served as Team Leader and Food and Beverage Service Associate respectively.
