Lobster Thermidor - By Chef Mahabub

Ingredients:

1. One large lobster

2. 30 gm chopped onion

3. One tablespoon chopped garlic

4. 4 pieces of mushrooms, chopped

5. Half cup of cream

6. Half cup of coconut milk

7. Half cup of condensed milk

8. One teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

9. One teaspoon of fish sauce

10. Half teaspoon of salt

11. One tablespoon of sugar

12. Half cup of Mozzarella Cheese


Method of Preparation:

1. Heat a pan and add two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add chopped garlic and onion. Sauté for one minute.

2. Add chopped mushrooms and lobster meat to the pan. Cook until the lobster is done.

3. Add 2 cups of boiled water, coconut milk, condensed milk, and cream to the pan.

4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, fish sauce, salt, sugar, and Mozzarella cheese.

5. Let it cook for 5 minutes.

6. Meanwhile, cut the lobster meat from the center of the lobster and remove the lobster shell. Boil the shell in water for five minutes.

7. Pour the cooked dish into the lobster shell.

8. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.

9. Broil until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

10. Your Lobster Thermidor is now ready to serve. Enjoy!
