Lokesh Ranjan Appointed as Executive Chef at Compass Group India
With his extensive expertise in culinary operations and leadership, Lokesh is set to elevate the food experience at Compass Group India.
Lokesh Ranjan has recently assumed role as Executive Chef at Compass Group India, marking a significant milestone in his culinary journey.
Before this role, he served as Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, and Junior Sous Chef at Adarsh Hamilton Hotel. His previous experience also includes working as Executive Sous Chef at Compass Group India, Bengaluru, and Junior Sous Chef at ITC Fortune Select Trinity, Whitefield Bengaluru, and United-21 Thane.
Lokesh began his career as a Commis Chef at Ramada by Wyndham Mumbai, Matrix Inn, Maharashtra, and St Laurn Hotels, Shirdi, steadily working his way up in the industry.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from NSHM Knowledge Campus Durgapur Group of Institutions.
