Mahesh Kadam has taken on the prestigious role of Chef De Cuisine at Marriott International in Navi Mumbai. With years of culinary expertise and a strong background in the hospitality industry, Mahesh's appointment is a testament to his skill and leadership in the kitchen.


Before joining Marriott International, Mahesh held the position of Senior Sous Chef at TajSATS Air Catering Limited, where he played a crucial role in delivering high-quality in-flight meals. His experience in this fast-paced, high-stakes environment honed his ability to manage large-scale kitchen operations while maintaining impeccable standards of quality and presentation.


Prior to that, Mahesh worked as a Junior Sous Chef at The St. Regis Mumbai, a position that allowed him to develop his culinary artistry while working in one of the most renowned luxury hotels in India. His time there equipped him with the creative skills and attention to detail necessary for crafting memorable dining experiences.


Mahesh began his educational journey at Vashi English High School, laying the foundation for a career that would eventually see him rise through the ranks of the culinary world. His passion for cooking and commitment to excellence have made him a key figure in every kitchen he has worked in.
