from the mangoes, making it a perfect dish for any occasion.
Ingredients:
• Garlic Bread: 1 loaf
• Olive Oil: 2 tsp
• Ripe Mango Cubes: 300 gms
• Chopped Onion: 20 gms
• Chopped Green Chilli: 5 gms
• Chopped Garlic: 2 gms
• Chopped Tomato: 10 gms
• Chopped Coriander: 3 gms
• Black Pepper: 1 gm
• Salt: 1 gm
• Juice of 1 Lemon
Method:
1. In a large bowl, combine the ripe
mango cubes, chopped onion, green chilli, garlic, tomato, and coriander.
2. Add black pepper, salt, and lemon
juice to the bowl. Mix everything well.
3. Slice the garlic bread loaf into
half-inch thick slices.
4. Brush both sides of the garlic
bread slices lightly with olive oil.
5. Toast the garlic bread slices in
the oven until they are crisp and golden brown on both sides.
6. Once toasted, top each garlic
bread slice with the mango mixture, spreading it evenly.
7. Serve the mango bruschetta immediately as an appetizer or snack.
