Manindra Pal has been appointed as the Executive Housekeeper at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, bringing his extensive experience in housekeeping management to this prestigious role. Previously, Manindra served as the Executive Housekeeper at Royal Orchid Hotels in Noida, where he was responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department and ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and service. His leadership and attention to detail significantly contributed to the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Before his tenure at Royal Orchid Hotels, Manindra held the position of Housekeeping Manager at Best Western Hotels & Resorts in New Delhi. In this role, he managed the housekeeping staff, coordinated cleaning schedules, and ensured that all areas of the hotel met the stringent cleanliness standards required by the brand.

Manindra also served as Housekeeping Manager at Unique Mercantile India Ltd in Gurgaon, where he implemented effective housekeeping practices and maintained high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the property. His efforts helped improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

His career in the hospitality industry began with InterContinental Hotels Group, where he progressed from Team Leader in New Delhi to Team Leader in Salalah, Oman. These roles provided him with valuable experience in managing housekeeping teams and maintaining high standards in diverse environments.

Manindra Pal holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Food Craft Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from K V Inter College Macchra Meerut. His educational background has provided him with a strong foundation in hospitality management, complementing his extensive professional experience.
