Before joining Graces Resort, Manohar served as the Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Shambhala Resorts, where he effectively managed housekeeping operations and ensured high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. His leadership and attention to detail contributed significantly to the resort's reputation for excellence.

Prior to his role at Shambhala Resorts, Manohar was the Housekeeping Senior Supervisor at The Fern Hotels & Resorts in Bhopal. In this capacity, he supervised housekeeping staff, coordinated daily operations, and maintained the hotel's cleanliness and order.

Manohar's experience also includes serving as the Senior Supervisor Housekeeping at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, where he was responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas met the highest standards of cleanliness.

He began his supervisory career as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Golden Leaves Convention Center, where he gained valuable experience in managing housekeeping staff and maintaining the cleanliness of a large convention center.
