Mayank Punetha Takes Charge as Assistant Facilities Manager at ISS Facility Services India Pvt. Ltd.

Mayank Punetha has been appointed as Assistant Facilities Manager at ISS Facility Services India Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. With a diverse background in operations, guest services, and customer experience management, Mayank brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.

Prior to joining ISS Facility Services, Mayank served as an Executive - Mall Operations at Inorbit Malls (India) Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, where he was responsible for ensuring smooth mall operations and managing key aspects of customer service and vendor management. His hands-on approach to mall operations and attention to detail contributed to enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Mayank’s career also includes a stint as Client Relationship Manager at Reliance Digital, Gurugram, where he excelled in handling client interactions and ensuring a positive customer experience. His ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients showcased his knack for customer-centric roles.

Earlier, Mayank held progressive roles in Inorbit Malls (India) Pvt. Ltd., where he started as a Customer Experience Executive (Mall Operations) and was later promoted to Senior Customer Experience Executive Operations. His experience in these roles gave him a comprehensive understanding of mall operations and customer engagement, further strengthening his operational expertise.

Mayank began his career in the hospitality industry, working as a Guest Services Coordinator at ITC Hotels, Hyderabad, and as a Guest Service Associate at Hampshire Hotels, Hyderabad. These roles provided him with a solid foundation in guest services and hospitality management, preparing him for the operational challenges he would later face in the corporate and retail sectors.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Indraprastha Academy of Hotel Management, which complements his practical experience and operational knowledge.

In his new role as Assistant Facilities Manager, Mayank will be responsible for overseeing facilities operations, ensuring optimal service delivery, and enhancing client and customer satisfaction. His diverse experience across multiple sectors makes him a valuable addition to the ISS Facility Services team.
