Megha Shaw brings a wealth of experience to her new role as Assistant Front Office Manager at Four Points By Sheraton, Navi Mumbai. Prior to this, she served as Guest Experience Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre, where she was responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.


With previous experience as the Center Manager at Awfis Space Solutions Private Limited in Hyderabad, Megha has a strong background in customer service and operations management. She also served as the Guest Experience Manager at The Westin Hyderabad Mindpsace, where she honed her skills in creating memorable guest experiences.


Before transitioning into guest experience roles, Megha held positions as the Assistant Loyalty Manager, Loyalty Officer, and Guest Relations Executive at the Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel. Her diverse background in the hospitality industry has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in her current role.


Megha Shaw holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Bharathiar University in Coimbatore, as well as a B.Com in Finance from Surendranath College. Her educational background, along with her extensive experience in the hospitality sector, make her a valuable asset to the team at Four Points By Sheraton, Navi Mumbai.
