Previously, Megha served as the Food Safety & Hygiene Manager at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, where she was earlier the Assistant Manager of Hygiene. In these roles, she was instrumental in ensuring compliance with food safety standards and implementing robust hygiene protocols.
Before her tenure at The Leela, Megha was a Hygiene Executive at Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park and DoubleTree by Hilton, where she managed hygiene operations and maintained stringent safety standards.
Her career in hygiene management began at InterContinental Hotels Group, where she served as a Hygiene Officer and previously as a Hygiene - Job Trainee. Megha's early experience also includes a role as a Hygiene - Job Trainee at The Surya New Delhi, providing her with a strong foundation in the industry.
Additionally, Megha gained practical experience as a Summer Intern at Apollo Hospitality in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi, where she honed her skills in hospitality operations.
Megha Singh holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Microbiology from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Hons in Botany/Plant Biology from Deshbandhu College. She completed her intermediate education at DAV Public School, Sec 37, Faridabad.
