Minakshi Panday Joins Novotel Hotels as Room Division Manager

Minakshi Panday has recently been appointed as the Room Division Manager at Novotel Hotels, marking another significant step in her distinguished career in the hospitality industry.

Before joining Novotel Hotels, Minakshi served as the Room Division Manager at Hilton, where she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of room operations, ensuring high standards of service, and enhancing guest experiences. Her strategic leadership and operational excellence were key to maintaining the hotel’s reputation for quality and guest satisfaction.

Minakshi's extensive experience in the hospitality sector also includes her role as Palace Housekeeper at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. In this prestigious position, she managed the housekeeping operations of one of India’s most iconic hotels, maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and luxury.

Prior to her tenure at The Taj Mahal Palace, Minakshi was the Executive Housekeeper at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Madin Varanasi. Her responsibilities included managing the housekeeping team, ensuring the upkeep of the property, and implementing effective housekeeping strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Minakshi also held the position of Assistant Manager Accommodation Operation at Clarks Group of Hotels in Varanasi, where she gained valuable experience in managing accommodation services and operations. Her career began as a Management Trainee at Greenpark Hotels, Hyderabad, where she developed foundational skills and insights into the hospitality industry.

In addition to her operational roles, Minakshi served as the Housekeeping Floor Manager at Taj Deccan, Hyderabad, further honing her skills in managing housekeeping teams and maintaining high service standards.

Minakshi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Hyderabad. She completed her secondary education at Govt. Girls High School in Chapra, Bihar.
