Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa in Nashik is delighted to announce the appointment of Mohan Sawant as Executive Sous Chef. Known for his expertise in curating exceptional culinary experiences, Chef Mohan brings a wealth of experience and a keen eye for innovation to his new role.


Prior to this appointment, Chef Mohan held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Taj Hotels in Mumbai, where he was instrumental in leading the culinary team and elevating dining standards. He previously served as Chef de Cuisine at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa in Nashik, bringing a unique culinary perspective to the property.


Chef Mohan has also contributed his skills to various esteemed hotel brands, including Hyatt Centric Chandigarh as a Pre-Opening Chef and Hyatt Regency Pune as Sous Chef. He further honed his culinary expertise at Grand Hyatt Goa, where he progressed from Chef de Partie to Sous Chef, and at Grand Hyatt Mumbai as Demi Chef de Partie.
