Mohnish Korde Appointed National Key Account Manager at Unox India

Mohnish Korde has recently assumed the role of National Key Account Manager at Unox India, based in Bengaluru. With this new appointment, Korde brings his extensive experience in culinary arts and hospitality management to lead key account strategies and drive growth for the company.

Before joining Unox India, Korde held various significant positions in reputable organizations across the hospitality industry. Most recently, he served as an Active Marketing Chef and Executive Sous Chef in Research & Development (R&D) and Operations Food Service (OFS) at Griffith Foods IME in Bengaluru. In these roles, he contributed to culinary innovation, product development, and operational excellence, showcasing his expertise in both culinary arts and management.

Prior to his tenure at Griffith Foods IME, Korde held the position of Executive Chef and Operations Manager at Open Hospitality. Here, he demonstrated strong leadership skills by overseeing culinary operations and ensuring high-quality food service standards.

Korde's culinary journey began with roles at esteemed hospitality establishments such as IHCL and Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Pune, where he honed his skills as a chef and gained valuable experience in diverse culinary environments.

His passion for culinary arts led him to pursue internships at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel in Falmouth and the JW Marriott in Pune, where he gained hands-on experience and practical knowledge in various aspects of culinary operations.

In terms of education, Korde is an alumnus of NMIMS CDOE and Bharati Vidyapeeth, where he received comprehensive training and education in culinary arts and hospitality management.

With his diverse background and wealth of experience in culinary arts, operations management, and key account management, Mohnish Korde is well-equipped to drive success in his new role as National Key Account Manager at Unox India.
