Monalisa Das has been appointed as the Restaurant Manager at Raffles Jaipur. Bringing a wealth of experience in food and beverage management, Monalisa is poised to lead the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests at the prestigious hotel in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Before joining Raffles Jaipur, Monalisa served as the Assistant Manager of F&B Service at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. During her tenure, she managed daily operations, enhanced guest satisfaction, and implemented efficient service standards in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Prior to her role at The Ritz-Carlton, Monalisa was with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in Jaipur, where she held the positions of Assistant Restaurant Manager and Food and Beverage Executive. Her contributions included overseeing service operations, training staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Monalisa's career also includes experience as a Team Leader at Hyatt Regency Pune, where she led service teams and coordinated dining operations to ensure guest satisfaction. She also served as an F&B Executive at Marriott International in Jaipur, where she managed various aspects of food and beverage services.

Earlier in her career, Monalisa worked as a Guest Services Associate at Vivanta by Taj Surajkund in New Delhi, and Radisson Blu in Chennai. These roles involved managing guest relations, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth service operations.

Monalisa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Meerut, and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar.
