Mukesh Singh Joins Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH8 as Stewarding Manager

Mukesh Singh has been appointed as the Stewarding Manager at Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH8, marking another milestone in his extensive career in hospitality management.  

Mukesh brings with him years of expertise in kitchen stewarding and food & beverage operations. Prior to this role, he served as the Kitchen Stewarding Manager at Radisson RED Chandigarh Mohali, where he streamlined processes and ensured the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency in kitchen operations.  

His professional journey includes significant roles such as Assistant Manager Kitchen Stewarding at Hyatt Regency, Ludhiana, and Welcomhotel The Savoy Mussoorie, where he played a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence. Mukesh also served as a Stewarding Team Leader at Hyatt Regency, Chandigarh, and an Executive F&B Support at Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts, Ghaziabad.  

Mukesh began his career as a Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, Gurugram, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), New Delhi, demonstrating his ability to handle operations with precision and care.  

Academically, Mukesh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the Department of Commerce, Manipal Academy of Higher Education. He also earned a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition, which laid the foundation for his career.
