Ingredients:

- Paneer - 200 gm

- Curd - 80 gm

- Brown Cashew Paste - 50 gm

- Brown Onion Paste - 50 gm

- Black Pepper - 10 gm

- Salt - 15 gm

- Ginger Garlic Paste - 15 gm

- Jeera Powder - 10 gm

- Kasoori Methi - 10 gm

- Mustard Oil - 30 ml


Method:

1. Start by cutting the paneer into cubes and ensure to drain any excess water.

2. Cut the onion, capsicum, and tomato into cubes as well.

3. Roast the cashew nuts and onions separately, then blend them into a smooth paste.

4. Prepare the ginger-garlic paste.

5. In a bowl, mix the ginger-garlic paste and the cashew-onion paste with the curd.

6. Add salt, cumin powder, black pepper, and mustard oil to the mixture and mix well.

7. Add the paneer cubes, onion cubes, tomato, and capsicum into the marinade and coat them evenly.

8. Skewer the paneer cubes along with the vegetables.

9. Cook the skewered paneer in a tandoor or oven until they are cooked through and have a slight char.

10. Once cooked, remove from the heat and sprinkle with kasoori methi.

11. Serve the Multani Paneer Tikka hot with mint chutney. Enjoy your delicious dish!
