Le Royal Meridien Chennai is delighted to announce the appointment of Narayan Kalal as the Director of Food and Beverage. With a remarkable career spanning leading hospitality brands, Narayan brings an extensive background in food and beverage management to his new role.
Prior to this appointment, Narayan served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Radisson Hotel Group and Food and Beverage Manager at Grand Mercure Ahmedabad GIFT City. His journey also includes key leadership roles such as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Novotel Ahmedabad and Restaurant Manager, Assistant Outlet Manager and Team Leader at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, where he demonstrated his ability to enhance guest experiences and drive operational success.
Narayan began his career as a Guest Service Associate at Grand Hyatt Mumbai and progressively advanced through roles at Intercontinental Lalit Mumbai and other notable properties, gaining expertise in restaurant operations and team management.
A graduate of the Asia Pacific Institute of Management Ahmedabad with a Diploma in Hotel Management, Narayan combines his academic knowledge with hands-on industry experience to lead exceptional food and beverage programs.
