Narinder Dogra has been appointed as the Regional Head Chef at Tropilite Foods, Chandigarh, marking a significant step in his illustrious career in the bakery and culinary industry. With vast experience across various roles in international and domestic markets, Narinder brings his technical expertise and passion for baking to the forefront of this new role.


Narinder's culinary journey began with a solid foundation in bakery and pastry, holding a Diploma in Bakery and Pastry from the Food Craft Institute, Chandigarh. His career has spanned diverse roles, from Commis 2 in Pastry at Hotel JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa, Dubai, also working at Hotel Mountview, Chandigarh, which provided him with valuable hands-on experience in pastry arts and the culinary world.


He has also held key leadership positions in international markets, such as Master Baker at WAMS Private Limited, Maldives, and Al Mejhem Global Group W.L.L, Kuwait, where he refined his expertise in bakery operations and quality standards. His technical prowess is evident from his tenure as Manager Technical Services at Kerry Ingredients Private Limited, Chandigarh, where he contributed to product innovation and technical support.


Narinder has also played pivotal roles in research and development, particularly as an R&D Chef at Rich Graviss Product Private Limited and Test Bakery Officer at Bunge India Private Limited, Kolkata. These positions allowed him to focus on product improvement, new recipe development, and quality assurance, shaping his skills in creating bakery products with precision and innovation.


In addition to his R&D roles, Narinder has held vital quality assurance responsibilities, notably in the Bakery Shortening Department at Adani Wilmar Limited at Krishnapatnam and Mangalore, ensuring that bakery products meet the highest standards.


His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to work as a Bakery Consultant in Chandigarh, offering his expertise to various clients in the bakery industry, before taking up the role of Sous Chef at Devyani Food Industries (P) Ltd., Ludhiana.


As the Regional Head Chef at Tropilite Foods, Narinder Dogra is set to leverage his wealth of experience in bakery production, research and development, and quality assurance to drive the company’s bakery product line, ensuring innovation, consistency, and high-quality standards across the region.
