Naveen Kumar Thakur has been promoted to the role of Sales Director North India at Rational AG. With a robust background in sales and culinary management, Naveen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new position, where he will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic initiatives in the North Indian market.

Prior to this promotion, Naveen held several key positions at Rational AG, including Senior Regional Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. His journey at Rational AG began as an Application Chef, where he showcased his culinary skills and deep understanding of the industry, which significantly contributed to his rapid career progression within the company.

Before joining Rational AG, Naveen was the Managing Partner at Pulcinella The Cafe in Gurugram, where he was instrumental in managing operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. His entrepreneurial experience provided him with valuable insights into the food and beverage sector.

Naveen also served as the Production Manager at ABS Pvt Ltd and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Balaji Foods and Beverages in New Delhi. In these roles, he demonstrated his leadership capabilities and operational acumen, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organizations.

His career began as a Chef & Senior Sales Executive at Rite Equipment Pvt. Ltd., followed by a role as a Service Associate at Shangri-La, New Delhi. He then progressed to the position of DCDP at Manchester United Cafe Bar and Intercontinental The Grand, New Delhi, further honing his culinary and managerial skills.

Naveen's international experience includes working as a Chef on P&O Cruises in Southampton, where he gained valuable insights into global culinary standards and practices.

Naveen holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and a B.Sc in Hospitality, Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Gurdaspur. His educational background laid a strong foundation for his career in the hospitality industry.
