Over the course of his tenure, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills, earning a promotion to Assistant Front Office Manager. In this role, Naveen was instrumental in overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, and managing a team of front office staff. Starting as a Front Office Associate, he quickly progressed to the role of Front Office Executive. His responsibilities included supervising the concierge, handling billing and cashier duties, coordinating group check-ins, and ensuring smooth communication between housekeeping and front office. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving made him an invaluable asset to the team. Eventually, he was promoted to Duty Manager, a role in which he further honed his leadership skills, managed night audits, and promoted guest loyalty programs like Taj Inner Circle and Taj Epicure.


Naveen's career also includes a brief stint at Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Sector-12, Gurgaon, where he worked as a Front Office Associate. Here, he gained foundational experience in front office operations, setting the stage for his subsequent achievements in the industry.


In addition to his extensive professional experience, Naveen holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) degree from IIMT Group of Colleges. His academic background in hotel management provided him with the essential knowledge and skills needed to excel in the hospitality industry.
