Nikunj Gupta Joins ITC Hotels as Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Nikunj Gupta has recently been appointed as the Assistant Housekeeping Manager at ITC Hotels. With a solid background in the hospitality industry, Nikunj brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.

Before joining ITC Hotels, Nikunj served as an Assistant Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he managed various aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. His career also includes a significant role as a Housekeeping Shift Leader at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, where he led a team to maintain the highest standards of service.

Nikunj has held key positions as a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences and IHG Hotels & Resorts. In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping activities and training staff to ensure consistent service quality.

Earlier in his career, Nikunj worked at ITC Hotels in New Delhi, starting as a Hotel Operations Trainee and later becoming a Senior Guest Service Associate (Exceptional). His foundational experience began with a traineeship at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where he developed essential skills in hospitality management.

Nikunj holds a B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management Lucknow, providing him with a strong educational foundation to complement his practical experience.
