Prior to his promotion, Nisar served as the Executive Chef at Atmosphere Core, where he was instrumental in creating exceptional culinary experiences and elevating the brand's reputation for excellence. Before joining Atmosphere Core, Nisar held the position of Corporate Chef at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts. In this role, he oversaw multiple properties, ensuring consistent quality and culinary excellence across the brand. His strategic vision and leadership significantly contributed to the success of the culinary operations at MAYFAIR.


Nisar's impressive career also includes his tenure as Executive Chef at ITC Green Centre in Gurugram. Here, he was responsible for managing large-scale operations and delivering high-quality dining experiences to guests. His expertise in kitchen management and menu development played a crucial role in the success of the property's culinary offerings.


As the Preopening Executive Chef at Welcomhotel The Savoy in Mussoorie, Nisar demonstrated his ability to build and lead a culinary team from the ground up. His meticulous planning and execution ensured a successful launch and established the hotel's reputation for outstanding cuisine.


Nisar's international experience includes his role as Executive Chef at Ramee Group in Dubai, TajSATS in Mumbai, and Compass International in Qatar. In these positions, he showcased his versatility and adaptability, delivering exceptional dining experiences across diverse cultural settings.


Earlier in his career, Nisar served as Senior Sous Chef at ITC Luxury Collection Hotels. His commitment to excellence and passion for culinary arts were evident in his ability to create innovative dishes and maintain high standards of quality.
