His tenure at Novotel Hotels equipped him with a deep understanding of guest service management and customer experience enhancement.

Before his stint in Ahmedabad, Nityanand held the position of Executive Housekeeper at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Pune, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in maintaining cleanliness standards and optimizing cost control measures.

Nityanand's journey in the hospitality industry began with his roles at prominent establishments in the capital city. He served as Depute Housekeeper and Housekeeping Manager at Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport, followed by his tenure as Assistant Manager Housekeeping at Hotel Piccadily (formerly Hilton) in Janakpuri, New Delhi. His experience also includes positions at renowned hotels such as Hilton in Mayur Vihar and Radisson in Paschim Vihar, where he contributed as a Housekeeping Executive and Supervisor, respectively.

His career trajectory started with a significant role as a Team Leader in Housekeeping at The Grand Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, where he laid the foundation for his expertise in maintaining high cleanliness standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
