Ingredients:

Butter - 625 gm

Warm Water - 150 ml

Honey - 100 ml

Sesame - 100 gm

Oats - 450 gm

Flour - 625 gm

Dates Puree - 1250 gm


Method:

• Mix warm water, butter, and honey in a bowl and whisk properly until the mixture becomes floppy.

• Add dates puree and whisk again until well combined.

• Add coconut powder and mix well.

• In a separate bowl, combine baking powder, refined flour, and sesame seeds.

• Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula.

• Shape the dough into small balls, about 40 grams each.

• Place the balls on a silicone mat and flatten them using your fingers.

• Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 15-19 minutes.

• Serve with tea or coffee.
