Pandey Rakesh has embarked on an exciting new chapter in his career by taking on the role of Executive Chef at The Park Hotels, Bengaluru, Karnataka. This prestigious position marks his return to The Park Hotels, where he previously held pivotal roles, further cementing his reputation as a seasoned culinary expert.  


With nearly two decades of experience, Pandey Rakesh has a rich professional journey encompassing leadership roles in renowned hospitality establishments. Before his current appointment, he served as Executive Chef at Royal Orchid Hotels and as Banquet Chef with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), both in Bengaluru. His portfolio also includes leadership roles at Hyatt Place Kathmandu and Holiday Inn Bengaluru, showcasing his versatility across different cuisines and operational styles.  


Pandey Rakesh's journey started after earning a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from R.I.H.M.C.T. His career has been marked by a consistent drive to innovate, refine processes, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated expertise in menu creation, team development, and implementing cost-effective kitchen management strategies.  


Returning to The Park Hotels, where he once served in roles such as Chef de Partie and Kitchen Executive, Pandey Rakesh is poised to bring a fresh perspective and renewed energy to the culinary team. His leadership will undoubtedly enhance the brand's legacy of delivering culinary excellence.
